Practice real engineering work before your first job.
IndustrCons IRE-3 puts you inside realistic construction projects — drawings, BOQs, site logs, and deadlines — so you build the judgment employers actually hire for.
Textbooks teach theory. Sites teach judgment.
Every internship is built from a real workflow used on real projects — you don't watch a lecture, you make the call.
Real documents, not slides
Interpret actual-format drawings, BOQs, RFIs and method statements — the paperwork your first job runs on.
Feedback that teaches
Every submission returns the correct answer, the engineering reasoning behind it, and the mistake most beginners make.
A role, not a course
You're assigned by a manager, inside a company, on a project with a budget and a deadline — pressure included.
Proof you can show
Finish with a verifiable certificate and a ready-to-post LinkedIn summary of exactly what you practiced.
Choose the seat you want at the table.
You're hired by a company, not a chapter.
Fictional firms, built with real organizational depth — mission, culture, live projects — inspired by how leading international contractors operate.
Industry inspiration
IRE-3's scenarios are inspired by practices at firms such as AECOM, Bechtel, Skanska, Turner Construction, VINCI Construction, STRABAG, Fluor, Jacobs and Balfour Beatty. IndustrCons is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or partnered with these companies; they are referenced only as examples of international engineering practice.
Industry-ready, by their own account.
"The concrete calculation task caught a rounding mistake I didn't know I made. That's the exact error my professor never had time to walk through."
"I've done three case studies from three 'companies' and they genuinely feel different — different priorities, different pressure."
"Put the certificate straight on LinkedIn with the generated caption. Got two interview questions specifically about the sulfate case study."
Before you start
Is this affiliated with a real construction company?
No. Every company and project in IRE-3 is fictional. Internships reference international engineering practices for realism, but IndustrCons has no partnership with any named firm.
Do I need construction experience to start?
No — internships are labeled Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Beginner tracks assume only foundational engineering coursework.
Is my progress saved if I close the browser?
Yes. Progress, XP, and certificates are stored locally in your browser. Clearing site data will reset progress, since there's no account server behind IRE-3.
Is the certificate a real qualification?
It's a verifiable record of the specific tasks and case studies you completed — a demonstration artifact, not an accredited professional qualification.
Your first site assignment is waiting.
